An 11-page report on Dubai's rental market, built from 10.5 million Ejari contract records. It covers contracts starting between October 2025 and September 2026, compared with the 12 months before. It shows where rents are rising, which areas lead on volume and price, and how tenants and landlords behave.
The figures are Rowbeam's own analysis of Ejari rental contract records.
